Frequently asked questions

Why can't I see my photos after shooting?

By design. Frames stay hidden until the roll develops, either when it ends or at the time you chose.

Can I develop a roll early?

Yes. Develop now is always available.

Where are my photos?

Undeveloped frames live inside Proofsheet. Developed photos, sheets and reels are saved to your Photos library when you allow add-only access.

How does a friend join my crew roll?

Send the ticket link or QR code. They tap the link or scan the QR in the app.

How do I collect the crew's photos?

Friends tap Send to the host and share through AirDrop or a chat. The host taps Collect frames and picks the photos.

How do I restore my purchases?

Use Restore purchases in the app, signed in with the Apple ID you bought with.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions, and choose Proofsheet. Pro stays on until the end of the paid period.

How do I ask for a refund?

Apple handles purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

Settings > Delete all Proofsheet data removes rolls, sheets and settings from the phone. Photos already saved to your library stay there.

Which languages are supported?

English and Russian.
