Proofsheet is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard EULA. These terms add a few plain points: how purchases work, that your photos are yours, and that the film looks are original digital styles. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Apple's standard EULA
The standard terms are at the Apple Standard EULA. They apply in addition to the points below.
Subscriptions and purchases
Proofsheet Pro is offered as a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Film packs are one-time purchases that open the listed looks. The event roll is a consumable that opens one crew roll. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. A free trial, when offered, is an App Store introductory offer, and unused trial time ends when you buy a subscription. Restore purchases is available in the app.
Your photos and crew rolls
Your photos are yours. Share them only with people who agreed to receive them, and only photos you have the right to share. Proofsheet has no public feed and does not host your photos.
Film looks
Film looks are Proofsheet's own digital styles. They are not real film and do not imitate any film or camera brand.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep your frames safe, but keep important photos backed up. Liability is limited as described in the standard EULA. Contact: support@dziby.com. See the privacy policy.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Restore earlier purchases in the app with Restore Purchases, on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA and our Privacy Policy.
